Sovrenn, founded by siblings Aditya and Apoorva Joshi with Akriti Swaroop, is a full-stack investing platform covering discovery, analysis, tracking, and investor education. Backed by strong IIT–IIM credentials, the team launched commercially on January 1, 2023, seeking ₹1 crore for 1% equity to build disciplined, conviction-led investors. Challenging them is Multibagg AI, a research platform founded by Aditya Anand, an IIT Kanpur topper and former American Express professional. Built on official company filings rather than assumptions, the platform simplifies deep financial analysis through intelligent questioning. With 318 premium users onboard, Multibagg AI entered this season seeking ₹50 lakh for 2% equity.
