Celebrated violinist, composer, and music producer Deepak Pandit, a towering figure in Indian classical–contemporary music, proudly announces the release of his first-ever solo studio album, Dil Se Rooh Tak- a five-Ghazal album that brings together some of the most distinguished lyricists and poets of India, including Manoj Muntashir, Dr.Bashir Badr , Jigar “Muradabadi ,Shakeel Azmi, Momin, Mirza Ghalib, among others.
The Evening saw the presence of Hariprasad Chaurasia, Sumeet Tappoo, Durga Jasraj, Hariharan, Pratibha Baghel, Suresh Wadkar, Anup Jalota, Ram Shankar, Prithvi Gandharv, Harish Daftary Aditya Shankar, Sneha Shankar & Many More.
The album seamlessly blends classical poetry traditions with a refined, contemporary sonic language. Each composition is rooted in traditional Indian classical raags, yet shaped through a minimalist, emotionally rich soundscape that allows melody and emotion to stand at the forefront. The instrumentation remains intentionally sparse, enabling each note and arrangement to breathe, resulting in works that feel expansive, introspective, and timeless. The label debuted with Kaise Jiyein, featuring Shreya Ghoshal and Sameer Pandit. Since its inception, the label has released numerous originals and nurtured unique collaborations with artists including Priya Saraiya, Rakesh Pandit, Prithvi Gandharva, Priyanka Barve, Pratibha Singh Baghel, among others. In 2024, the label also released a newly re-mastered edition of the iconic album Humnasheen, originally composed by Deepak Pandit and sung by Shreya Ghoshal.
